Our high-speed precision cutting equipment allows us to produce precision cuts with clean luster finishes. Using a cold-saw to avoid heating the material results in burr-free cut edges that require no secondary operations. With their excellent mix of skills, our technicians match the right type of blade to each application to create the perfect cut. We offer high-speed precision cutting on materials measuring up to 2-1/2″ in diameter. Maximum cut-to-length size is 3-1/2″, and we uphold tolerances as close as ± 0.005″ to promote quality and accuracy of precision machined parts.

When requirements call for creating large batches of cut off parts, with our high-speed equipment we have the capacity to accommodate any request. Our quality team uses visual inspection as well as instruments such as gages and comparators to ensure that cut-off parts comply with the specified quality criteria.
