Equipment Capabilities
Our high-performance Swiss-style Escomatic machines keep the workpiece stationary as the cutting tool rotates around it at high speed. Parts are perfectly straight, and cut-off produces flat, clean tip-free ends. Using this equipment, we manufacture parts from any type of coil-wound metal wire or metal bars measuring from 0.62″ to 0.125″ in diameter. We produce parts measuring from 0.90″ to 1.625″ in length while upholding standard tolerances of ± 0.0025″, or closer upon request. Our machining processes are engineered for accuracy and repeatability to ensure a high rate of conforming product, and with our inspection and sorting capabilities, we guarantee that all parts shipped conform to specifications.
